“Ama was the facilitator we hired for AP+I Design’s yearly all-staff meeting this past March 2023. This year was particularly challenging as we faced a change in firm leadership, which generally spikes anxiety among the staff. I can honestly say that Ama brought the energy with such grace and aplomb that it was the best session I have ever been a participant to in my 9 years at the company. Her opening statements and inclusive language throughout the day set the tone for our staff’s involvement. She led activities and thought-provoking sessions alongside our Principal Leadership. This collaborative approach drew out the answers from all staff members regardless of years of experience, perceived hierarchy, introvert/extrovert, etc. Each activity was unique and used all our senses in creative new ways that left a memorable impression within the company. I would hope that Ama could join us again for next year’s all-staff meeting.”
